Play cranium cadoo board game

If nobody guesses correctly, you may not place tokens on the board. If you have three tokens in a row and roll a COMBO, you still get to place tokens if you succeed-just not on the spot that would complete your Cadoo. Only a SOLO card gives you a chance to go for the winning spot. This happens sometimes. Keep playing until the board is full. The player with the most tokens on the board wins the game.

If you have more than four players, you can play Cadoo in teams. A team can be any number of people, from one to four or more. If your team rolls a SOLO, you and your teammates do the challenge on the card together. You can bring out your Cadoo kit at any family gatherings, Christmas, or birthday parties. Kids get to engage in both creativity and intelligence as these activities involve drawing, acting, code-cracking, brain-teasers and more to win a Cadoo. Why We Love It: Cadoo challenges kids to act out different skills like brain teasers, trivia questions, art, and creativity.

Damon S. Brown did the artworks of this game, and Cranium Inc published it. All you need to start playing is a game kit of Cranium Cadoo. A complete kit of Cranium should contain the following items :. Take all the goodies out from the kit and place them on a surface. Read the card out loud so that everyone can hear the task written on that card. Start the timer before you begin.

If you beat the timer, place one of your tokens on any open spot on the board. A Combo card involves a group effort. Read the secret word on the card using a decoder mask. Using the timer to determine when guesses. The purpose of the game is to be the first to move around the entire board and into the Cranium Central.

Then, to win, you must successfully complete one final activity. You will need a pawn or place marker for each team. You will also need the game board, die, timer and Cranium clay. Additionally, you will need the four card boxes. Cranium rules have the option of adjusting the board for longer or shorter play time.

For a quick game fold the board so only four sections are showing. For a game lasting approximately one hour fold the board in a rectangle allowing eight sections to show.

To begin playing place one token for each team on the board. The team with the player who has the next birthday goes first. You begin your turn by completing an activity. The color of the space matches the four card boxes. On your first turn, and each time you are on a purple space you be able to choose from any of the four card boxes.

The team to the right will draw the card from the appropriate box and read it to you. They will also set the timer for you when you are ready. You must complete the activity before the time runs out. If you successfully complete the activity you get to the roll the die and move that many spaces.

Your turn is now over. If you do not successfully complete the activity, your turn is over. You will stay on the same square and try again on your next turn. Note: If you are playing either the Cranium rules mid-length or full length version of the game you must stop on all purple spaces.

When an all-play card is drawn all the teams complete together.
